The property/ reservation can be with any developer on any development  from around the world as long as the property/reservation is transferable and resaleable.

East West Development on approval will give you full credit towards your deposit or buying price in exchange for property/reservation on one of our developments.  Please note: The developer can only give you full credit of your purchase money sent to other developers in the swap, and not offer you any cash back refunds.
